Refund Policy

Because press-on nails are personal-use beauty products, we can only accept returns for eligible items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Return window

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Items not eligible for return

• Opened, worn, used, or altered press-on nail products
• Items removed from original packaging
• Custom, final sale, gift card, or clearance items when marked as such
• Products damaged through misuse, improper application, or normal wear

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue and packaging. We will review and help with a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
