We currently ship to selected regions, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, and Australia. Orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment location in Guangzhou, Guangdong, China.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Processing time may be slightly longer during weekends, public holidays, promotional periods, product launches, or periods of high order volume. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination country or region.

For the United States and Canada, delivery usually takes approximately 7–15 business days after shipment.

For the United Kingdom, Germany, France, and Spain, delivery usually takes approximately 7–18 business days after shipment.

For Australia, delivery usually takes approximately 7–15 business days after shipment.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur due to customs inspections, carrier delays, weather conditions, peak seasons, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any free shipping offer will apply only under the conditions stated on our website or at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees required by the destination country or region.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to an incomplete or incorrect shipping address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@nailorvessa.com.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the shipping address.

Tracking Information

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address used when placing the order.

Please allow a few days for the tracking information to update after shipment. In some cases, tracking updates may be delayed while the package is in transit between countries or during customs clearance.

Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages

If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@nailorvessa.com with your order number.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal to pay customs fees, or failure to collect the package, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

If a package is confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will review the case and may offer a replacement or other appropriate solution depending on the circumstances.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@nailorvessa.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution where applicable.
